What exactly is the 42-Day Challenge?
It’s a focused six-week program for people who are serious about starting strong. Participants train 2–3 times per week and receive our structured coaching and nutrition guidance. We only accept individuals who can commit to that level of consistency — it’s the reason the challenge works. (Training deposit is required to ensure serious applicants.)

WHO THE 42-DAY CHALLENGE IS FOR?

The 42-Day Challenge exists for one main reason:
A lot of people want to start training and making health changes, but jumping straight into full-time Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu feels overwhelming or intimidating - Causing them to quit very quickly or not start at all.

This program gives people a structured On-ramp to ease into the culture and the training of the gym, while simultaneously having all of the prerequisite gear and nutritional knowledge handled before starting.

The goal is to create positive momentum right out of the gate, to ensure a greater number of successful participants.
